When you talk to us
Your name, email, phone number, company, job title basically the stuff you'd put in an email signature.
When you become a client
Details about your business processes, how your workflows actually operate, access to your systems so we can build and run your automations. If you've got a CRM, an accounting system, a helpdesk we might need to see into it.
When we work together
Emails, meeting notes, feedback, preferences, the occasional complaint (we get it). All the back-and-forth that goes into building something custom for your business.
